Baby & Toddler

Up until the fourth or fifth month, your baby only needs breastmilk. After that, you can start cooking. The recipes here are listed in the order of which you should introduce them to your baby. The first recipe is the vegetable Lunch Mash. Then comes the Dinner Mash made of milk and cereal grains. Last to be introduced is the Afternoon Mash made of cereal grains and fruit. At the end of the first year, your baby can tolerate solid foods and can eat with the whole family.
